At PawPlateCo, we prepare fresh, human-grade meals for dogs with care and ship them directly to your door. Please review our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

 

 

 

 

Where We Ship

 

 

We currently ship within California only.

At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes or outside the state.

 

 

 

 

Shipping Schedule

 

 

Orders are prepared fresh and shipped on Monday–Wednesday to help ensure safe delivery and maintain product quality.

 

Orders placed after Wednesday may ship the following week.

 

 

 

 

Processing Time

 

 

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

 

 

 

 

 

Shipping Method

 

 

All orders are shipped via insulated packaging with cold packs to keep meals cold during transit.

 

Because we ship perishable products:

 

  • Someone should be available to receive the package on delivery day

  • Packages should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon arrival

 

 

 

 

 

Shipping Costs

 

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

 

  • Order size and weight

  • Delivery location

 

 

Any promotions or free-shipping offers will be clearly shown at checkout.

 

 

 

 

Delivery Issues

 

 

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

 

PawPlateCo is not responsible for:

 

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Packages left unattended after delivery

 

 

If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue.

 

 

 

 

Warm Weather Shipping

 

 

We take extra precautions during warmer months. However, slight thawing during transit can occur and is normal. As long as the meals are still cold to the touch, they are safe to refrigerate or refreeze.

 

 

 

 

Returns & Refunds

 

 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns on food items.

 

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
